After 90 days following the final invoice, systems that malfunction as the result of firmware or product failure are subject to standard service rates.

Post Installation, our techs will provide a system review and handover where all the tech installed is presented and relevant apps are set up and reviewed on your personal devices.

Billed Annually
+ Over-air firmware update and maintenance of network equipment. Includes any network change requests from the client that can be adopted remotely
+ 1hr. of remote/on-the-phone support
+ 3hr. of on-site support with truck roll for maintenance or troubleshooting equipment sold and installed by OnHive for the year (With a minimum charge for 1-hour service per visit)
